Physical Therapist (PRN) Phillipsburg, NJ (11-Week Contract)

Compensation: Local PPW: $2,310 (35 hours) — Local rate: $66/hour

Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at facility entry and wear a photo badge at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Provide manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and advise on assistive devices and safe use.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and precautions.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes.
