Contract Physical Therapist Pembroke, NC | $53/hr, 15-Week Local Assignment

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a local contract team in Pembroke, NC. This position begins June 1, 2026, runs for 15 weeks, and follows an 08:00–16:30 schedule. Compensation is local pay: $53/hour (Local PPW: $1855 for a 35-hour week).

What you’ll need

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Perform thorough physical assessments and turn findings into individualized treatment plans.
• Create and lead exercise programs that build strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Use hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Employ therapeutic modalities and advise patients on proper use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and family members about care plans and document progress clearly and accurately.
