Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (includes AED).

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Provide hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct patients on appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and document patient status and progress accurately.
