Compensation: Local PPW $2,240 for 35 hours (equivalent to $64/hour)

Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Position overview:
Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient/acute care setting. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and set measurable treatment goals.
• Design and deliver customized exercise programs to enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to address mobility limitations and pain.
• Recommend, train, and fit patients with appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
