Join a 14-week contract/local opportunity in Lanham, MD, beginning June 1, 2026. This role offers a 35-hour weekly schedule (Sun–Sat) with Local pay of $1,505 per 35-hour week ($43/hr).
Requirements:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Occupational Therapist in patient evaluations to identify physical and functional limitations.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with activities of daily living.
- Instruct patients in safe, effective use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and changes in patient condition.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe therapy environment.
