Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to facility policies and standards.
• Oversee patient care delivery: conduct/verify assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient patient coverage.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional development and performance.
• Monitor regulatory and quality compliance; perform audits and implement corrective actions to improve care processes.
• Respond to and coordinate care during medical emergencies per established protocols.
