Contract / Travel RN opportunity in St. Johnsbury, VT (05819) beginning 06/24/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Day shift (three 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM), 36 hours/week, includes every other weekend. One position available. Pay: $2,052 per 36-hour week (travel).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years acute care experience; Meditech experience preferred.
- Able to start 06/24/2026.
- Current Vermont RN license or multi-state RN licensure.
- BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications required before start.
- Primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric care.
Role overview
Provide coordinated, patient-centered nursing care on a busy general Medical/Surgical unit that includes medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing-bed, and pediatric patients. Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while addressing patients’ physiological, developmental, psychosocial, and spiritual needs with professionalism and compassion. Collaborate closely with the Unit Director, Clinical Nurse Lead, and Nursing Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and holistic care delivery.
