Primary responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician direction
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications/treatments as prescribed
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs and patient status
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and families about conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adhere to infection control protocols
