Job Description

Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders via a fully virtual telehealth model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations and virtual cognitive assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage complex neurodegenerative and memory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (APPs, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators) to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Serve as a clinical leader: supervise APPs across multiple states, ensure adherence to clinical and telehealth standards, and support quality improvement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in case review, clinical meetings, and continuing education.

Compensation & benefits

  • $260,000–$276,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Minimum requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
  • Board Certification in Neurology.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders.
  • Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessment techniques.
  • Strong clinical expertise in cognitive evaluation and dementia management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and teams.
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive or Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology.
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models.
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care settings.
