Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible, High-Paying (Stroke/Acute Care)

Join a flexible, fully remote tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This locum opportunity is ideal whether you’re looking for supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases—including stroke alerts—using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Typical responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review neuroimaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and guide treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship/training in vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Preferred licenses in hand: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
