Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Outpatient Pediatric Practice (Perth Amboy/North Bergen, NJ)

Location: Perth Amboy, NJ (primary); optional coverage in North Bergen, NJ (not required).

Role: Full-time outpatient pediatric clinician with periodic newborn hospital rounding (approximately every 6 weeks). No delivery or C-section coverage.

Schedule:

• Five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation; when Saturday is worked, one weekday off that week

Clinical responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient pediatric care across routine and acute visits
• Hospital rounding on newborns approximately every six weeks
• Document care, coordinate with families and other providers
• Participate in team-based practice operations and patient follow-up

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency preferred to serve a large Hispanic patient population

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary $130,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
