Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or PA — Full-Time Outpatient Role in Perth Amboy (Spanish Preferred)

Community-focused pediatric practice in Perth Amboy, NJ seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient pediatric care. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location available (not required).

Work setting and responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric clinic primary location: Perth Amboy
• Hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage
• Patient population includes a large Hispanic community; Spanish-speaking clinicians strongly preferred

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day workweek
• Every-other-Saturday rotation; when working Saturday, receive one weekday off

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $130,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible for New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish proficiency preferred
