Family Medicine Physician — Adult Primary Care in Auburn, NY | $250K, MF, Supportive Team

Join a caring, well-supported adult primary care team in Auburn, NY. We’re looking for a committed Family Medicine Physician who values continuity of care, efficiency, and working in a collaborative clinical environment. This is a great fit for someone who wants to practice full-spectrum primary care in an established outpatient setting where high-quality, patient-centered care is the priority.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient panel, managing both acute and chronic conditions
• Keep an efficient clinic schedule with roughly 15-minute appointment slots
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth care coordination and continuity
• Use the EMR for documentation, ordering, and communication
• Apply strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills to deliver high-quality care in a busy practice

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
