Integrative Family Medicine NP/PA — Full-Time, MonFri, No Weekends, $130165K (Amherst, MA)

Join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. Practice within an integrative, holistic care model that includes primary care, behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services.

Practice setting

• Family medicine across the lifespan (newborn through geriatrics)
• Multidisciplinary, collaborative team
• Emphasis on whole-person wellness and preventive care
• Two clinic locations; may work across sites

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $130,000–$165,000 DOE

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other complementary providers
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Commitment to integrative, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
