Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Family Medicine (Integrative Primary Care)

Join a well-established, patient-focused family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that practices integrative, whole-person care—combining primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics
• Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Manage preventive care and chronic conditions with a holistic approach
• Work closely with behavioral health clinicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other complementary care providers
• Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation

Schedule and work environment

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with one flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)
• No weekends
• Opportunities to work across both clinic locations and collaborate with a diverse team

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $130,000–$165,000, depending on experience

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts (or eligible to obtain licensure)
• Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred
• A commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
