Locums-to-Perm Geriatric/Family Medicine Physician — Weekday Outpatient, $150/hr, Bronx & Brooklyn

Location: Bronx and Brooklyn, NY

Overview:
Full-time locums-to-perm position (transition expected within 3–6 months) in an established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population. No inpatient responsibilities. Value-based care model with a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Highlights:

• Compensation: $150/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric; practice expanding to include Internal Medicine (ages 18+)
• Patient volume: ~7–10 patients per day
• Language: Spanish preferred
• Credentialing: Expedited process
• Conversion: Temp-to-perm within 3–6 months

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid Provider IDs required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
