Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist position
• Typical schedule: 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (approx. 21 days off/month)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide expert inpatient OB/GYN care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital
• Manage obstetric emergencies and stabilize patients as needed
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Participate in quality improvement activities and protocols to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Maryland medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
