Full-time opportunity in Littleton, NH for an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a rural emergency department.

• $70–$75/hour DOE

Core Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages: history/physical, diagnostics, procedures, treatment plans, disposition
• Independently manage acute presentations in a fast-paced ED
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and departmental protocols
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
• National certification (NP or PA)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a rural ED
