Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full-Time) – Littleton, NH

Full-time opportunity in Littleton, NH for an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care in a rural emergency department.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED
• Perform procedures and manage urgent/emergent conditions per scope of practice
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, initiate treatment plans, and document care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
• National certification as an NP or PA
• Minimum 2 years’ emergency medicine experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently in a rural setting

Compensation & benefits

• $70–$75 per hour, depending on experience
