What we’re looking for

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum of two years clinical experience as an NP
• Current Arizona NP license
• Board certification in the specialty required for the position
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required if you request mileage reimbursement
