Float Family Medicine NP/PA — $100K+, Mileage Reimb., Multi-County Outpatient Role

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll support outpatient care across multiple sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Travel regularly between assigned family medicine sites across Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and ongoing health maintenance.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited APRN/NP program or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C).
