OB/GYN Physician — Full-Time in Surprise, AZ | Competitive Pay + Benefits & PTO

We’re looking for a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team in Surprise, AZ. You’ll deliver comprehensive care for women across the lifespan—providing preventive services, prenatal and postpartum care, managing pregnancies and deliveries, diagnosing and treating gynecologic conditions, and partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent, coordinated patient care.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
