About the opportunity
You’ll become a full-time, partner-track physician in an established private practice that includes an on-site outpatient clinic and a physician-owned ASC. New patients are already waiting—our 4–6 week scheduling lead ensures a full caseload from day one. The practice draws from a 3.5 million–person area, including out-of-state referrals, so your scope of practice can be broad and flexible: all procedural interests are welcome and no fellowship is required. Modern in-office procedure suites, ASC access, and hospital privileges give you the tools you need, while experienced partners provide mentorship and a collaborative environment.

• Clinic ownership is offered after year one with no buy-in or overhead.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited program.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU).
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency.
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
