Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist (Board-Certified/Eligible)

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospital EDs and inpatient teams across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR and communicate recommendations clearly to care teams

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely

Licensure

• Active U.S. medical license required
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred; licensing support provided
• Preferred states: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA (licenses in hand preferred)
