Job Description
Join an independent CRNA practice on a single medical campus in Great Falls, MT. Full-time position with autonomous practice, diverse cases, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Practice scope
- Independent CRNA practice with collaborative physician relationships
- Full-spectrum surgical support: orthopedics (including spine), general surgery, robotic-assisted surgery, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, plastics
- No cardiac or obstetrics cases
- Active regional post-op pain management and ERAS programs
Facilities
- Hospital: 5 ORs, 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU, 8-bed Emergency Department staffed with experienced clinicians
- Outpatient surgery center: 4 ORs
- 1 endoscopy suite
- 2 catheterization labs
Call
- 1:9 call schedule
- Rare callbacks and occasional post-call day off

Requirements
- CRNA, board-certified or board-eligible
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Unrestricted Montana CRNA license or ability to obtain
- Regional block skills and independent anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient safety, team-oriented, flexible, dependable
