Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210–220/hr

Join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team providing real-time neurologic consultations to emergency departments and inpatient units across multiple states. You will evaluate acute neurologic presentations, participate in stroke alerts, review imaging and clinical data, and collaborate with on-site teams using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation for ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely and communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
