Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Board-Certified/Eligible (Stroke/ED)

We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This flexible, ongoing opportunity suits physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Providers deliver real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform backed by full clinical and technical support.

Position highlights

• Competitive pay: $210–$220 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
