Compensation and incentives

• Base salary: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• Federal and state loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Use advanced technologies (digital charting, digital imaging, digital scanning)
• Maintain professional, patient-centered care and courteous communication

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
