Compensation and incentives
- Base salary: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
- Federal and state loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Use advanced technologies (digital charting, digital imaging, digital scanning)
- Maintain professional, patient-centered care and courteous communication
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
