Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Schedule, $210$220/hr, Malpractice & Licensing Support

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospital emergency departments and inpatient teams across multiple states. Ongoing need with flexible scheduling for supplemental or long-term telemedicine work.

Compensation and logistics

• Pay: $210–$220 per hour
• 100% remote (work from home)
• Locum engagement with long-term assignments available
• Flexible full- and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed

Core responsibilities

• Provide real-time neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams via secure enterprise telemedicine platform
• Evaluate acute stroke alerts and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Candidates with licenses in hand are preferred; high-need states include FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
