What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well visits, sick visits, and ongoing management of chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and create individualized treatment plans
• Counsel families on wellness, development, preventative care, and anticipatory guidance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in our electronic health system
• Stay current with pediatric best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. pediatric residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge of pediatric clinical methods and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic computer tools
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
