Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Acute Stroke & Inpatient Consults (Remote)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, high-impact work — whether you’re adding supplemental shifts or building a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Candidates with licenses in hand are preferred — particularly FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA (licensing support available)
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely
