Geriatrics-Focused Outpatient Physician (Family/IM) — Monday–Friday, No Inpatient, $230–310K

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a primarily geriatric population in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about elder care, thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, and is comfortable working within a value-based care model. This is a full-time, permanent position with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.

Position highlights:

• Compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient duties)
• Care model: Value-based care
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, with expanding internal medicine (18+)
• Patient volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
• New graduates welcome
• Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus, not required

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
