Outpatient Geriatrics Physician (Family/Internal Medicine Eligible) — Brooklyn, NY

Join a warm, experienced outpatient practice in Brooklyn that focuses on caring for older adults. We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented physician—Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics—who enjoys building relationships with geriatric patients and working within a value-based, patient-centered model. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties.

What you’ll find here:

• Competitive compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
• Setting: Outpatient-only, with a focus on geriatric care (practice is expanding to include Internal Medicine patients 18+)
• Patient panel: Primarily older adults; manageable daily census of about 7–10 patients
• Care model: Value-based, collaborative team approach
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are a plus, but not required

Basic requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
