Compensation:

• Local: $36/hr (PPW $1296 / 36 hrs)
• Travel: $37/hr (PPW $1332 / 36 hrs)

Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician guidance
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
