Compensation:
- Local: $36/hr (PPW $1296 / 36 hrs)
- Travel: $37/hr (PPW $1332 / 36 hrs)
Requirements:
- Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician guidance
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
