Compensation:
- Local: $36.00/hr (PPW $1,296/36-hrs)
- Travel: $37.00/hr (PPW $1,332/36-hrs)
Requirements:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) state license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Conduct patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress wounds, and monitor for infection/complications
- Monitor and document vital signs consistently
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
