Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license at time of submission — required and must remain active. [DOCUMENT]
• 1+ year PTA experience — required.
• LTC or Rehab experience — required.
• New grads considered only if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is not acceptable).
• Resume — required.
• Skills checklist completed within the past 1 year — required.
• 0–1 reference at time of submission — required.
• Must be submitted at the posted bill rate. Candidates submitted at a higher requested rate will be redirected.
