Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 10-Week Contract in Gardendale, AL

We’re looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join a healthcare team in Gardendale, AL for a 10-week contract starting June 2, 2026. You’ll work day shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) and provide hands-on nursing care while collaborating with RNs and physicians. This role pays $880 per 40-hour week (Local PPW) or $22/hour for local hires.

What you’ll need

• Current, active LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.

What you’ll do

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs consistently.
• Perform wound care — cleaning, dressing, and watching for signs of infection or complications.
• Keep accurate patient records and educate patients and their families about conditions and self-care.
• Act quickly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
