ICU Registered Nurse (Travel Contract) — Hilo, HI

Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week contract in Hilo, HI (96720), starting June 29, 2026. This ICU position requires flexible scheduling: three 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) after orientation, with day or night assignments determined by the roster; plus two 12-hour on-call shifts every four-week roster period. One position available. Compensation: $1,944 per 36-hour week (travel).

Minimum qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license required by assignment start (travelers without a current HI license must apply upon offer acceptance).
• Minimum 3 years of recent direct patient care, including at least 3 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• NIHSS certification required (submit existing certificate or complete the 45-minute online class during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in the ICU, delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Float to other critical care and step-down units as needed to support staffing.
