Required qualifications

Core responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, following care plans and physician orders
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications and treatments accurately
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for signs of infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Maintain thorough, timely patient records and communicate care needs to the team
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and comply with infection control protocols
