Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Maliheh Free Clinic seeks a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a remote telemedicine role. The NP will deliver high-quality patient care by performing assessments, creating and managing treatment plans, coordinating with physicians and staff, and supporting virtual health services to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Review medical histories and clinical records to inform care
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans
• Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Accurately document patient encounters and clinical decisions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
• Support and deliver telehealth and virtual patient services

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Experience in direct patient care and care coordination
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Telehealth experience preferred

Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour (adjustable to budget)
