Job Description
Maliheh Free Clinic seeks a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a remote telemedicine role. The NP will deliver high-quality patient care by performing assessments, creating and managing treatment plans, coordinating with physicians and staff, and supporting virtual health services to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Review medical histories and clinical records to inform care
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans
- Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Accurately document patient encounters and clinical decisions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Support and deliver telehealth and virtual patient services
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Experience in direct patient care and care coordination
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Telehealth experience preferred
Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour (adjustable to budget)
