As a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) at Eastern Utah Family Medicine in Price, UT in partnership with Castleview Hospital, you’ll be inspired by the community you serve as a valued member of the Lifepoint Health team, a nationally recognized healthcare organization committed to caring with a local heart. Position Details

- Primary Care Experience Preferred: We're looking for a provider who’s ready to hit the ground running.
- Compensation: Base salary + wRVU production bonus
- Enjoy a manageable patient volume and a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance
- Patient Volume: 15 – 20 patients per day in the clinic
- Tuesday – Friday – 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM
