Join a 15-week contract as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Elkins, WV, starting May 18, 2026. This role follows a 12-hour day schedule (07:00–19:00).

Compensation:

• Local: $33/hr | Local PPW: $1,188 (36 hours)
• Travel: $43/hr | Travel PPW: $1,548 (36 hours)

Requirements:

• Active, valid LPN license in the state of practice
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, document, and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Clean, dress, and manage wounds; assess for infection and complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
