Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift Contract/Travel Elkins, WV

Join a 3-week contract opportunity in Elkins, WV beginning June 1, 2026. This Licensed Practical Nurse role covers night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with both local and travel options available.

Compensation:

• Local: $1,188 per 36-hour week (equivalent to $33/hour)
• Travel: $1,548 per 36-hour week (equivalent to $43/hour)

Requirements:

• Active, valid LPN state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician direction
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow infection control protocols
