Join a contract nursing opportunity in Silver City, NM, beginning June 13, 2026, for a 13-week assignment. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Saturday. Compensation: Local pay $1,116 per 36 hours ($31/hr); Travel pay $1,152 per 36 hours ($32/hr).

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, including comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds while watching for infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
