Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for signs of infection or complications
• Continuously monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient status
• Maintain complete patient records and provide education to patients and families on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
