Compensation:

• Local rate: $36.00/hr (PPW: $1,296 for 36 hours)
• Travel rate: $37.00/hr (PPW: $1,332 for 36 hours)

Required Qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Monitor and record vital signs consistently
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
