Travel RN Operating Room (Days) in Bangor, ME | $2,564/40h Perioperative/CNOR Friendly

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join an operating room team in Bangor, ME on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a day-shift position for a 40-hour week, paying $2,564 per 40 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Get patients, instruments, and the OR setup ready for surgery.
• Serve as a circulating nurse or scrub tech during procedures, supporting the surgical team.
• Keep a close eye on patient status, administer medications as needed, and rigorously maintain sterile technique.
• Accurately document all aspects of surgical care and follow facility protocols.
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative education to patients and their families.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license for the state where you’ll be practicing.
• Perioperative or OR nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• BLS certification required; CNOR or other specialty certifications are a plus.
