Compensation:

• Local: $36/hr (Local PPW: $1296/36-hours)
• Travel: $37/hr (Travel PPW: $1332/36-hours)

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification
• State or federal photo ID (must be worn as facility photo badge)
• COVID-19: proof of original/updated vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption per employer; additional doses as required by law

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician direction
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
