Minimum qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician direction, including medication administration and ordered treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, continuously monitor and document vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Perform wound care—cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and deliver patient and family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
